Abbiamo visitato un ristorante a Tilcara e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso buona, ma con alcuni dettagli da migliorare. Abbiamo ordinato un sandwich di llama e delle empanadas di llama per provare le due cose . Le empanadas di llama erano buone anche con la salsina, ma purtroppo si disfacevano facilmente come si vede nella foto . Per quanto riguarda il sandwich di milanesa di llama, il pane era un po’ secco e la carne della milanesa era leggermente difficile da mordere. Il servizio è stato un po’ lento sia per prendere l’ordine sia per portare i piatti, ma il personale è stato molto cortese. Un ragazzo simpatico si è scusato per il ritardo, e questo ha reso l’attesa più piacevole. Un dettaglio interessante: all’ingresso c’è una ragazza che ti dà un bigliettino. Se lo porti al ristorante, ti fanno uno sconto. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva, ma con margini di miglioramento per la qualità del cibo e i tempi di servizio.
